Set of six hand-painted ceramic tiles

Each tile is hand-painted in cobalt oxide before being sealed in a clear transparent glaze.
Inspired by Japanese line painting and designed to be arranged in any orientation, the tiles invite playful compositions and can be reconfigured to created different interactions between the faces. They would work equally well as a splashback, across an entire wall for a more immersive installation, or scattered amongst plain tiles as decorative accents. Produced at a standard tile size, they can integrate easily into a wide range of interior schemes.
Please note that each tile is hand-painted and fired so there will be slight variations in the painted lines and colouring of the ceramic.
